The Kamaishi City Culture and Sports Department, Sports Promotion Division, Rugby Town Promotion Section has launched an official YouTube channel, "Rugby Town Kamaishi". We hope that the spirit of Kamaishi Rugby, which has been a pillar of Kamaishi City's recovery from the disaster, and what we have learned through the hosting of the Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan, will be shown on the channel. We hope that the video will be seen and felt by a wide range of people, and that it will inspire people to never give up, even in difficult times, and to move forward together toward a brighter future. In the future, we will upload videos of Kamaishi Rugby-style indoor training sessions by local rugby players, rugby classes for local children, and updates on the Kamaishi Unosumi Reconstruction Stadium.
We will continue to upload cheerful and enjoyable videos, believing that we can always find a way forward if we keep moving forward even in difficult situations.
